Enjoy Baby Yoga, with poses and movements to benefit the whole body, brain and senses, Baby Sign Language, to help enhance communication in a fun and playful way and relax and bond with your baby with some calming Lullaby Massage.
We have also included our Welcome song, Warm up and Goodbye song, so you can either just choose a single activity to enjoy (maybe a favourite that your little one enjoys again and again!), or pick and mix from the collection to make a longer session, with familiar songs to start and finish, which is just how our class sessions work too.
For each section of the course you will find a video showing how to do the activity, an explanation of to the benefits your baby will gain from it and the words to the song used - everything you need to get the most from your play times.
