Returns and Refunds
The goods become your property as soon as they are dispatched to you. You are responsible for the care of the goods whilst in your possession and returning them in good condition in the original packaging including all documents and manuals. We will reimburse you in full for the goods if they are returned as new provided they are returned within 14 days of receipt

If the goods are found to be used, misused or damaged on return, we reserve the right to issue you partial a refund for it. The cost of returning any unwanted items will be borne by the purchaser

All items must be notified to us before return via info@totsplay.co.uk and should be returned to:

Please ensure that any goods are clearly marked with your name and address, and include a copy of your Invoice if appropriate.
